Role Purpose: Providing L1 technical support on fusion ERP on Finance, SCM Create tickets for L2 support, follow up on SR's and escalate based on SLA Training ERP end-users Ensure system controls are working effectively Maintain User access control matrix (Roles & Responsibilities) Gather Business requirements on Change Request Gather Business requirements for new requirements Prepare BRD / CR documents Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation. Identify System GAPS Basic knowledge of OTBI reports development Opening and Closing of GL/Sub Ledger Modules Check Interfaces periodically and clear pending transactions Performing Super user trainings and roll-out to end user training Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
