Talent Acquisition:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs in line with the Manpower Plans and coordinate with GTA team for sourcing needs while following the recruitment process to ensure hiring of the right person for the right job.
· Accurately input manpower plans in the EPM module and prevent unbudgeted hiring by closely monitoring MPP.
· Maintain accurate and updated job descriptions for all existing employees and vacancies.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for worker category employees within the respective business unit.
Onboarding & Induction:
· Develop and execute onboarding process & complete relevant paperwork to ensure compliance with Labor department and Group HR Policies.
· Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate relevant training in line with the group policies and expectations of the business unit heads.
· Ensure new hires have availability of workspace and access to necessary tools required.
· Foster a welcoming environment and aid in employee integration in the organization.
HR Operations:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and organizational charts in MS Visio.
· Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters while ensuring a complete grip on labor laws as well as group policies.
· Ensure the implementation and compliance of all HR procedures and policies in the respective business unit.
· Support compliance audits pertaining to HR records and employee benefits administration along with assisting in implementing corrective actions in consultation with GHR.
· Ensure the timely submission of attendance data of all employees in the business units and collaborate with the Group HR payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Also ensure that BU Head is appraised of habitual latecomers and absenteeism.
· Communicate policy changes to employees and ensures understanding and compliance.
· Ensure that the employee grievances are addressed on a timely basis and escalated to Group HR where necessary.
· Participate in HR projects, such as system implementations, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
· Monitor employee leaves (annual, sick, compassionate, maternity etc.) and provide quarterly report to BU Head and GHRD to identify habitual patterns to address the issues.
· Conducting Exit interviews for all staff category employees for employees leaving voluntarily and share a quarterly report with Group HR.
· Ensure smooth offboarding, including visa cancellation and exit formalities as per the company policy and labor law guidelines.
· Facilitate employee’s repatriation procedures (clearing accommodation, arranging repatriation ticket and timely exit)
· Preparation and submission of monthly man reports on a timely basis (Attendance report, leave trend analysis report, turnover and exit analysis report etc).
Compensation & Benefits:
· Review annual salary correction and incentive plans i.e. sales, productivity etc.
· Coordinate with C&B department to manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, life insurance, and workmen compensation insurance, salik, fuel, mobile allowances/CUG, education allowances etc.
· Facilitate benefits enrollment, communicate changes, and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
· Facilitate in the job evaluation analysis and evaluation process, collaborating between lines managers and C&B to determine appropriate job grades and salary levels.
· Support internal and external audits related to salary, compensation, and benefits.
· Facilitating payment of full and final settlement in coordination with the finance department while ensuring the 14 days’ timeline as per Labor Law.
· Review and analyze employee status change/rehiring forms supported with relevant documents prior to submitting for further approvals.
Learning, Talent Management & Development:
· Ensure timely goal setting and mid-year and final year appraisals while ensuring goals are SMART by providing guidelines to employees and line managers if required.
· Collaborate between the line manager and Group L&D completion of Training Needs Analysis and identifying functional and behavioral training needs.
· Collaborate with department heads to allocate appropriate L&D Budgets and with Group L&D to ensure that annual training budgets are fully utilized for various training programs and engagement activities
· Keeping the track of L&D budget and activity/calendar for respective business unit and the count of staff trained
· Collaborate with Group L&D to enhance the learning tools and facilitate implementation of different learning approaches like blended and e-learning.
· Provide constant feedback to Group L&D on timely basis on the training needs of business unit
· Facilitating career development plans while monitoring the career development programs on business-critical positions.
· Initiate Employee wellness and awareness workshops and recognition programs in consultation with GHR to help build and maintain Employer Branding.
